the room was clean. breakfast offered a varied selection. the staff was very attentive to all requests. i appreciate the convenient location near the train station, it made travel easy.
the rooftop bar was very crowded during peak hours.

The door staff welcomed everyone warmly, regardless of the hour! The front desk staff were really good too ensure my stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean each day. I appreciated the small touches, such as the umbrellas offered during rainy weather. It made a big difference.
I had to call a second time to get a kettle.

the gym had tidy equipment. it was a great experience to have such a good gym (i worked out daily!). staff was very helpful and arranged everything i needed.
the kettle i requested was a bit slow to arrive.

The staff demonstrated very nice attentiveness. They addressed all my needs promptly. the room was maintained spotlessly daily, a very appreciable detail. i particularly valued the hotel's proximity to the central station, facilitating easy travel. free drinks in the room were a lovely touch.
The hallways looked quite dark. it was sometimes hard to navigate.
